Nintara Loyalty Club Terms & Conditions

With Nintara Baby Loyalty Rewards, you can earn Nintara Stars on every purchase and redeem them on future purchases. By signing up, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, and by continuing to participate in the program, you agree to any such changes.

Effective 23rd June 2026, customers will earn Nintara Stars equivalent to 10% of the paid order value on eligible purchases. This benefit applies only to orders placed on or after 23rd June 2026.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible, you must be:

  • At least 18 years old

  • A citizen and legal resident of India

JOINING NINTARA LOYALTY REWARDS

Enrolling is simple and free. Sign up on our website by completing our online registration form

By submitting the registration form, you confirm that the provided information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. We may verify the details and reserve the right to decline or cancel membership if any information is false, incomplete, or cannot be verified.


ABOUT YOUR PROFILE

As a member of Nintara Baby Loyalty Rewards, you will be required to create and maintain a personal account. This account will contain certain information, such as:

  • Nintara Stars balance

  • Default shipping address

  • Active vouchers

  • Order and transaction history (if applicable)

You can update your personal details and preferences anytime by logging into your account. You are responsible for ensuring that all the information provided is accurate and up to date. We are not liable for any loss or delay in services resulting from outdated or incorrect account information.


EARNING NINTARA STARS

Effective 23rd June 2026, customers will earn Nintara Stars equivalent to 10% of the paid order value on eligible purchases. This benefit applies only to orders placed on or after 23rd June 2026.

Members will earn:

  • Nintara Stars equivalent to 10% of the paid order value using eligible payment methods, credited after successful product delivery.

  • Nintara Stars are calculated on the paid order value.

  • Customers can earn up to a maximum of 1,000 Nintara Stars per order, irrespective of the order value.

  • If an order is returned or cancelled, all Nintara Stars earned will be reversed.


REDEEMING NINTARA STARS 

  • 1 Nintara Star = ₹1.

  • Redemption can only be applied to the eligible payment portion of a transaction.

  • Nintara Stars cannot be combined with any other offers, coupons, or promotions in the same transaction.


NINTARA STARS EXPIRY

Nintara Stars will expire after 6 months from the date they were earned.

Example: Nintara Stars earned on 7 April 2026 will expire on 8 October 2026.

 

TRANSFERABILITY OF NINTARA STARS

Nintara Stars are non-transferable and cannot be sold or shared.

Any attempt to transfer Nintara Stars may lead to account termination.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS  

For any returns, exchanges or refunds, Nintara Stars earned will be modified accordingly.
BULK ORDERS

 

PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS 

We may update or change the Terms & Conditions of any part of the program at any time. These updates may include, but are not limited to:

  • Changes to how Nintara Stars can be earned or redeemed
  • Adding or removing certain benefits or features
  • Updates to eligibility, membership structure, or Nintara Stars validity

By continuing to participate in the program, you agree to any updates to these Terms & Conditions.


SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION  

Voluntary Termination:

If you wish to end your membership, simply contact our customer support team. Once your membership is closed, any unused Nintara Stars will expire immediately.

Involuntary Suspension or Termination:

We may suspend or permanently close an account if there is any:

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • Fraud or misuse of the program
  • Provision of false or misleading information

We may also suspend or discontinue the program, in whole or in part, at any time. Unused Nintara Stars or benefits cannot be compensated if this happens.


DATA PRIVACY 

By joining Nintara Baby Loyalty Rewards, members consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal information, which may include:

  • Full name, email address, phone number, address, gender, date of birth
  • Transaction and interaction history
  • Preferences and consent for marketing communications
  • Child information

Your data will be used for the following legitimate purposes:

  • Managing your loyalty account and transactions
  • Conducting analytics to improve the member experience

We will retain your data for as long as needed during your participation in the program or to meet legal requirements. Members have the right to access, update, or delete their personal data and may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by contacting customer support.


FRAUD & MISUSE OF THE PROGRAM   

Fraudulent activities, such as account manipulation, false information, or unauthorised resale, will result in account termination and possible legal action.

We may investigate and take appropriate action in cases of misuse.
