What does the name 'Nintara' mean?

 ‘Nintara’ is inspired by ‘nino’ (Spanish for baby) and ‘tara’ (Hindi for star), symbolizing the joy babies bring and our optimism for a bright future.

Absolutely. All products meet or exceed US and EU safety certifications. We rigorously test materials to ensure they are gentle, durable, and free from harmful substances.

What materials do you use? Are they hypoallergenic?

We use soft, breathable organic cotton and sustainable materials that are gentle on sensitive baby skin.

How do I care for Nintara Baby products?

For best results, wash swaddles, towels, and fabric products in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low or air dry.

Orders & Customization

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection on the website, add your favorite products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive confirmation emails and updates every step of the way.

Can I customize or personalize my order?

Currently, we do not offer customization or personalization services. However, we are always exploring ways to add special touches to our products and hope to offer this in the future.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item you ordered is not available, we will contact you promptly. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We currently ship to all 50 states across the USA. International shipping may be available in the future.

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery within the USA usually takes 5-7 business days.

Returns & Refund

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a no-questions-asked, 10 days hassle-free return policy.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
