Ensure you are using a sleep sack of the correct size for your baby. Choose a size based on the baby's length and weight. You must ensure your baby's head cannot slide through the neck opening.

Sleep sacks are designed for use in cribs and should not be used with loose bedding like blankets, quilts, etc. Never use more than one sleep sack at a time.

Do not use if the zipper, zipper pull, or snaps are damaged or not working.
